SHIPPING POLICY
We endeavor to provide a pleasant and zero-hassle shopping experience for you. All our policies and terms of use are crafted to ensure ease of purchase and support. We request you to thoroughly review them and make informed purchases.
We at Love Vastra, understand the importance of delivering your products timely and safely. Therefore, we partner with some of the most reputed Indian and international courier partners such as Bluedart, Delhivery, DHL, Aramex, etc., to ensure seamless delivery of all orders.
DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Charges:
Love Vastra charges Rs. 99/- for all orders under Rs.3000/- and FREE SHIPPING ACROSS INDIA above Rs.3000/-, prepaid. For orders from outside India, additional shipping fees is charged per kg and the total shipping charges depend on the weight of the total order parcel which is calculated at the time of checkout. Moreover, for orders above Rs.30,000/- shipping is free of cost.
Tax and duties:
Please note that many countries charge varied import duties, custom charges and taxes on shipped items. All such additional charges are to be directly borne by the customer upon delivery. Hence, it is advisable to check your country’s tax policies before placing an order with us because, once the order is placed, we do not offer returns or cancellations for international orders.
If the customer does not accept or does not pay any such custom charges for their international orders, under any circumstances, we shall not be liable for product exchanges/returns or payment refunds.
Timelines:
As all our products are handcrafted, it takes us 7-8 working days for the readymade products from the date of order placement to dispatch and around 15-20 days for ‘made to order’ products, domestic as well international orders.
There may be an extra 10-15 day delay in order dispatch due to volume orders during season time, festivals, and sometimes due to any unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances such as political unrest, public curfews, containment zones, etc. In such cases, our team shall inform you about the delay via mail or call.
Receiving Order Guidelines:
As we ship your orders via third-party shipment agencies, we want to ensure that the parcel reaches you intact and in good condition. Therefore, in case you receive a damaged, broken, or opened parcel, we request you to record a video and take images of the same and not accept the order. You can mail all the images and videos along with the order number so that we can use the same to resolve the issue for you at the earliest and settle claims with the shipment agency.
Process:
Once you have placed an order on our website, our system puts your order into the process. Once the order is processed and your product(s) is out from the manufacturing unit, the ordered item(s) are passed through multi-level quality checks. Your item is packed securely and handed over to our trusted delivery partners. After the order is dispatched, a unique tracking identity number is sent to you on your registered email & mobile number via SMS. You can track the status of the order delivery on the courier partner’s official website using the tracking number. Also, you can check the order status on "MY ORDERS" page on the website.
