When will my order be shipped and when will it get delivered?

Shipping:

• Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 working days.
• For custom or made-to-order pieces, it will take 5–6 working days to dispatch.

Delivery:

• Delivery timelines depend on your location.
• Within India, standard delivery takes around 2–5 working days.
• For international orders, delivery may take 4–12 working days.
• In rare cases, unforeseen circumstances may cause slight delays.

Are there any additional charges for delivery?

Domestic Orders:

• A shipping fee of ₹100 applies to orders below ₹1000. (This fee is non-refundable once the order is shipped.)
• Free shipping is available on all orders above ₹1000.


International Orders:

• Additional Shipping charges for international deliveries are calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.

How do I make payments?

• Prepaid – You can make secure online payments using your debit
cards, credit cards, Net banking, Wallets or UPI.

• International payments can be made using cards or Paypal.

• Bank transfers are accepted upon special request.

• Cash on delivery (COD) – For now, it is not available/

Do you Have Express Delivery?

We offer express 1-2 working days delivery for selected pincodes at an additional price of Rs 350.

• Orders placed before 2 PM are dispatched on the same day and the transit time is calculated based on that.
• Orders placed after 2 PM, are dispatched on the next business day.
• Working days do not include Sundays, Indian National holidays, and major
festivals.

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

You can guest checkout without creating an account.

But we advise you to set up an account and select the merchandise you like.

Creating an account helps you :
• Create product wishlists
• Keep track of your order details and transactions
• Easily request for returns and order escalations.
• Keep updated with the latest product offerings and promotional offers.

Is my order confirmed?

You will receive an Email and a WhatsApp on order confirmation.

How can I track my order?

An email and whatsapp is sent to you after the order is shipped. It contains the tracking number and details of the service provider. You can also track your order by logging in on our website. If you are having trouble reading the emails or if you haven't received any updates, please get in touch with our Helpdesk.

Can I modify the shipping address or product (Size) of my order after it has been placed?

Yes, your shipping address can be modified before the order is dispatched. Once dispatched, no changes can be made to the address or the order contents.

What if my card has been charged multiple times for the same order?

Rest assured, Orders are only processed once even if your card is authorized multiple times. These duplicate authorizations are typically reversed by your bank within 12 hours. However, if you see multiple debits on your account after 12 hours, please contact our support team for assistance. We may request your bank records to verify the issue.



Cancellation, Returns & Exchange

How do I cancel an order?

Orders can be cancelled (whole/partially) only before they are dispatched. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and our regular return/exchange policies will be applicable. What is your return policy?

You can return eligible products, up to 48 hours from the date of delivery, from "My Orders" section on the website.

- The returned product should be in its original packaging and in the same unused and unwashed condition as received.

- Tags should be intact.

- The product(s) should clear a quality check at our warehouse, and only then, the exchange/refund will be processed.

- Exchange requests will be accepted only once.

- Items that have been exchanged are not eligible for further returns or exchanges.

- Products marked under the clearance section and customized products are non-returnable.

- Shipping Fees is non-refundable

- International orders are non returnable.

How long will it take for a refund request to get processed?

It usually takes 7-10 working days for an exchange or return order to be processed.

This is because we raise a reverse pickup with the courier company, which then collects the product from your delivery address.

KiddosnKnots warehouse where they go through a quality check.

Once this procedure is completed, we initiate further steps in this process.

Do you arrange forreverse pickups?

Yes. Reverse pickup is available for a wide selection of pincodes.

In case your Pincode doesn't have a reverse pickup facility, we will inform you and you will have to ship the item back to the provided address.

 Can I choose a different item in exchange?

You can request for a size exchange.

To exchange for a different outfit, initiate a return request for

the original order against refund and place a new order with the new selection.

How do you process refunds?

• Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original source of payment.

• Refunds can take 7-10 working days.

How do I know which size to order?

Our garments are designed with an urban comfort fit - roomy, breathable, and easy for kids to move, play, and nap in.

Our sizes follow international size guides, so you can usually pick the same size you buy for your child in other brands.


Sizes are denoted by your child’s age in whole numbers - for example, a 2 Yr size fits comfortably for ages 2–3 years, so even if your little one is 2 years 6 months, a 2 Yr size will be perfect.

How do I read the size chart?

Our size charts mention body measurements, not garment sizes.

Here’s how to get the most accurate fit:

• Take proper measurements - not too loose, not too tight. (We’ve already added ease for comfort!)

• Match your child’s measurements to the size closest on our chart.

• And if you’re ever in doubt, go one size up - because kids grow faster than we can say “wait, that doesn’t fit anymore!”

How do I measure my child?

Newborns & Infants (0–2 Yrs):

• Measure while they’re sleeping - it’s easier for everyone!

• Use a soft measuring tape to note shoulder, chest/waist, body length, and sleeve length.

 Kids (2+ Yrs):

• Have your little one stand tall (if they stay still for a minute - gold star for you!).

• Take the same basic measurements and reward them later for being your mini model.
